Forced Matrix Programs are such financial schemes that combine elements of Pyramid Schemes and Multi Level Marketing (MLM). All this is spiced with plenty of mere statements, stories about financial freedom and fast money without a lot of work and investment. The result is a very attractive system to make money. And at first glance, everything is logical, but it is not immediately evident where the fraud is. And it is sure to be.
Let’s consider how the investment matrix is built and how it operates. In fact, financial matrices are MLM pyramids without a product. Rather, in the matrix we will pay the cost of entry into it — a table. The table is the cost of entry into a matrix or a virtual key to a level. That is, having paid $1 for a place at the table — all participants you have invited will participate in it for $1. Typically, matrix projects allow you to buy either several tables of each denomination, or one table of each denomination.
As in the MLM pyramids the matrix has a binary or three-level structure — 2-3 invitations are needed. The idea of work is a completely simple, especially if you do not try to understand the details. You register on the site and download a special program that generates a unique key. To run this program you are required to buy a key from the first level for $10 from his supervisor.
Complete cycle of 2×3 Forced Matrix. It pays 2 levels wide by 3 levels deep.
Next you need to invite two referrals (partners), who will buy two keys of the first level worth $10 from you. You will earn $20. You can stop and withdraw the money. Or you can continue participating further and buy $15 key to the 2nd level from your supervisor of the 2nd level. It is not necessary to invest your money, as you have earned $20 at the first level. So after all the manipulations you have $ 5 profit. Then you sell the keys of the 2nd level to partners of your partners. There are 4 people for $15, for whom you are the curator of the 2nd level. Then again you buy the key of already the 3rd level from the curator of the 3rd level… So the scheme is repeated until the 6th level at which the cycle is completed. Then again you can buy a key from the curator of the 1st level and invite two partners.
There are two kinds of Forced Matrix Programs.
- Active matrices — you invite referrals to participate in your structure, and your income directly depends on the activity of your actions.
- Passive matrices — The system automatically provides you with referrals, either in sequence or for a certain sum.
Matrix is a multi-level system, which can be short — 2-3-4-level and long — 7-12 levels. Sometimes numbers are used to describe a forced matrix more thoroughly….like “4 X 4 forced matrix” for instance. Which might mean that you can only have 4 people directly under you and only 4 people under those 4 who you recieve commissions from. In other words, the matrix pays 4 levels wide by 4 levels deep.
Matrix turns out to be an ideal money machine. What’s the trick? There are definitely some.
- What happens if a participant will not be able to invite two partners at some level. Estimate how much profit you will not get. But that’s nothing as you can personally invite more people initially for the system to run more reliably. Some branches will disappear, but the other part will develop successfully.
- And how many participants totally are required for the completion of the cycle, for example, of 2×6 Forced Matrix (which pays 2 levels wide by 6 levels deep)? Making a quick calculation, say, 127, but this is a mistake. 127 participants will be needed to make 63 people have sold two keys of the first level. And for you to have the key to the 2nd level bought additionally 4*2 = 8 people are required who have been invited by your partners, otherwise they will be satisfied with keys to the 1st level. Thus to sell keys to the 2nd level, you must have completed the 3rd level. You will start selling keys to the third level only when your structure has been filled up to the 6th level (3+2+1) … We get 1-1, 2-3 (2+1) 3-6 (3+2+3), 4-10 (4+3+2+1), 5-15 (5+4+3+2+1), 6-21 (6+5+4+3+2+1), thus to complete the cycle you should have involved 2 ^ 22 – 1 = 4 194303 men, and this is a serious figure.
Since matrices are built on the pyramid principle, there are always twice as many those who will be in the red more than those who will be in profit. Therefore, none of the matrix can exist forever. In this example, 2 million participants will be left without income, having lost $10.
With a Forced Matrix, you stand to earn an income faster, but increases in income are slower because your referrals get forced further down the line from you. With regular MLM you have a stronger base, and sustaining it is generally easier…but first profits can be slow. If you want a little income faster, go with a Forced Matrix. If you want big profits and are willing to work a long time for it, go with regular MLM programs.
