Fast HYIPs are high-yield investment projects with yield of typically more than 60 percent per month. This figure is arbitrary and can vary, but approximately this value is recognized as threshold on most resources dedicated to hyips. The name “fast hyip” is given to funds due to their short lifespan.
They appear to quickly gain momentum due to a massive advertising campaign and quickly fade away, go scam, disappear. The reason is quite simple — all such projects are pyramid schemes, operating on the principle of Ponzi scheme, named after the inventor of the first financial pyramid — Charles Ponzi. Profit in such projects is formed only due to the influx of new investors, rather than due to any real action. The lifespan of such a project depends on two factors:
1. The influx of new investors;
2. Interest which the project has to pay to existing investors.
The less flow of new investors and the higher interest burden on the project, the more likely this HYIP will leave the investing arena. Accordingly, the opposite is true. But in any case, even if any fast hyip manages to maintain an optimal flow of new investors, sooner or later, all payment obligations become unbearable and the project ceases to pay. There is no business that will generate revenue of more than 60% a month. You can certainly admit that there is some company that earns more than 60% per month on the available capital, but hardly any company has the right to expect that it will be able to maintain such income level for a long period of time, and even more, giving all profits to its investors, in addition spending on advertising, staff, e-currency exchange, etc.
So, we have found out that all the fast hyips are Ponzi schemes. But does this mean that you cannot earn on a fast, and lose money if you invest in them? Far from it, but you will need some experience before choosing fast projects and earning money on them.
As it is known, these projects do not usually spend time on legends, and write a short paragraph instead, or do not change the standard text that was in the default script. The recent trend has shown that it is much more profitable to invest in a badly made fast hyip for a day than in the expensive mid-term. Sometimes it will work much less than fast which has such plans as “103%, 104%, 105%, 106% after 1 day”. However, you shouldn’t invest in a badly made fast hyip as well. The admin has to prove that he has put money into your HYIP project spending on its protection, script hosting and monitors. at the same time development should be gradual. As a rule, if the project is showered with much money in the beginning, the admin will disappear. Now, however, this situation is hardly possible, as in the light of recent events the number of investors has decreased dramatically. fasts, too, have to work more than one day before they justify their costs for the script, hosting, design, advertising etc.. But as before, now it is not worth playing too long with fast hyips.
Dealing with fasts is risky business. But there are such fast hyips that operate for months and pay money up to a penny, no worse than many mid-terms, and even overtake them for the duration of lifespan. Therefore, only your experience will tell you the right moment to finish the game.
Thus, despite such HYPEs being potentially scam pyramids, you can earn good money. If you believe that you are able to learn and become a competent investor, you can pay attention to such projects. Despite all the risk, it is completely justified with high interest rates, which can be obtained with such a project. But do not forget that there are pure scam projects with interest, which cannot be provided even by a Ponzi scheme, like “500% in a minute / hour / day.” Also I advise not to invest too much money in a fast — more than $100 in one HYIP.
