Are you saving money? If so, do you think you can increase this interest? Do you save where others impulsively spend, and then regret? These are all questions that you need to answer yourself honestly right now. It is very hard to get used to saving money. And that is why there are so few rich people in the world. This requires a different kind of thinking that will require completely different decisions being made during the day.

However, if you want to achieve financial freedom, the first thing you need to do is to start saving some of your income. you may think what to do with it later.

To start saving money, you need to economize. This does not mean that your life will immediately turn into hell: you do not need to go on a hunger strike or go to live in the forest.[/vc_column_text]

Create your plan for saving money

First of all, set achievable goals and save a certain part of the money (or transfer to a bank that you trust).

Each working person is believed to save 10% of his income. You do not need to sharply overestimate this number right away, but try switching to 15-20%.

Think thrifty

Whenever we hear that a person is thrifty, we immediately begin to consider him a miser. Sometimes this is true, so try to clearly define: what does thrift mean to you?

For example, thrifty people tend to:

◦ Cook at home instead of ordering food or eating out.

◦ Use free apps instead of paid ones.

◦ Do sports on the street instead of buying expensive gym membership. Some people even think like: “If I buy a club card, I’ll definitely go to the gym so that it is not so bitter.”

◦ Buy good and not expensive clothes (and there are such clothes).

◦ Take books from the library, not buy them.

Perhaps you think that it is important to buy books because you like being engaged in self-development and just read. In this case, do not follow the latest advice, it is not an axiom.

In general, these are just a few examples. We are convinced that you can create a personal list by analyzing your behavior over the past month. Think about how much money was previously wasted, then start saving it. A decent amount will be gathered over the year (yes, we have already said that accumulation is a long process).

Consider working remotely

Instead of spending time and money trying to get to the office, try to convince your employer that you can do all the work at home (at least 1-2 days a week). So you will save a lot of time as well. However, keep in mind that working at home is not easy — you have to learn how to motivate yourself.

Do Sports to prevent illnesses

We rarely think about it, but it would be worth it. The United States is experiencing a boom of interest in the sport, because medicine is so expensive there that it can almost make anyone bankrupt if (s)he starts to get sick often (not all cases are covered by insurance).

So be smarter. The body is somehow wearing out. To slow down this unpleasant process, you need to do sports and control your health: take care of your body and your teeth, stop drinking and smoking, switch to healthy foods. After all, what’s the point in making a lot of money now, if, in the end, you spend all this on treatment?

Have your say!
