Coinbase Earn program is now available to the public in over 100 countries, the company announced in a blog post on May 17. Users from the U.S., U.K., much of the EU, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan can enroll in the program to gain crypto rewards for learning about the blockchain tech.
The exchange also said that it will support more tokens soon. Currently the program offers rewards in 0x (ZRX) token, stellar lumens (XLM), Zcash (ZEC) and the Brave browser’s basic attention token (BAT).
Launched back in December, Coinbase Earn program rewards users in crypto for completing crypto-themed educational tasks.
Coinbase Earn’s content is freely accessible, regardless of whether a user is part of the platform or not. Coinbase is positioning the educational platform as an alternative to mining or crypto purchasing for users interested in acquiring tokens.
