Privacy-focused browser Brave has partnered with popular Korean pop group BTS and Japanese e-sports team Rush Gaming to provide a limited edition release of its browser for residents of Japan. This is the first known collaboration between a privacy-based browser like Brave and the Korean pop band.
Users of the limited edition browser can earn points by watching ads to support Rush Gaming’s e-sports team. The web browser is an open-source web browser that focuses on providing better privacy and blocking unwanted ads and trackers.
The browser offers an opt-in advertisement system powered by the Ethereum blockchain and the firm’s proprietary token Basic Attention Token.
As a reminder, this March, Brave introduced its new Binance widget than allows traders to buy and sell crypto through Binance without leaving the browser.
